Brokers said the London Greek owner has signed for three firm 64,000-dwt vessels at Jiangsu Haitong Offshore Engineering.
There are also three options attached.
The initial trio are due in 2015, with the rest pencilled in for 2016.
The ships will fill a gap in the Victoria fleet, which consists of seven supramaxes, a panamax, a kamsarmax and three post-panamaxes.
