China's Yangfan Group said it will build two 64,000-dwt ultramaxes for the owner, with funding coming from China Exim Bank.
TradeWinds reported the order in April, but the company was still in talks over financing.
The ships are due from Zhejiang Yangfan in 2016, following two already on order there for completion in 2015.
An order for one or two further ultramax or kamsarmax bulkers is being considered for next year to meet a strategy that plans to grow the Beks fleet to 10 vessels.
