The Mykolaiv plant has opened a terminal for transhipment and short-term storage of dry cargoes.
"The terminal is fit out with all necessary process equipment and transport infrastructure, including railway, for round-the-clock transhipment of such cargoes as scrap metal, timber, and grain crops," it said.
It has already handled about 10,000 tons of scrap metal and grain, according to Ukrainian News.
