McQuilling, the marine services company that launched the BBDC project with fellow founding partner Promon Engenharia, said the deal will see the Brazilian mining behemoth aid the progress of the project through implementation.
Support could come in the form of advice on yard layout, outfitting and equipment to best support repair operations.
