Speaking in London today, Western Bulk chief executive Ismar gave a colourful forecast for the market, which has fallen short of expectations this year.
"We had expected a Mediterranean high pressure forecast for the next few years, with a nice high temperature and blue skies," he told the Capital Link conference.
"But we may have a more Scandinavian summer with mixed weather, a bit of rain and cold temperatures."
