It did not disclose the terms of the agreement with the Australian Institute of Marine & Power Engineers (AIMPE).
But AIMPE has now withdrawn its strike notice ahead of a vote on the settlement by engineers between 28 November and 1 December.
Work was due to stop from 03:00 for four hours on 22 November.
