The Taiwanese bulker owner said its net profit to 30 September was TWD 59.44m ($1.92m), against TWD 70.8m in the same period of 2013.
Revenue was down at TWD 1.11bn from TWD 1.72bn, while total operating costs were TWD 1bn from TWD 1.02bn.
It gained TWD 30m from property and equipment sales, compared to zero in 2013, however.
