The state-owned operator said earnings to 30 September was UAH 14.47m ($0.92m), without giving a comparative figure.
Revenue increased 36.3% or UAH 34.93m to UAH 131.22m over the same period, however.
The company had previously reported a first-half loss of UAH 0.2m.
Its annual deficit in 2013 was UAH 46.85m.
The company operates dry cargoships and ferries.
