The shipowner told the Shanghai Stock Exchange that 10 vessels totalling 387,000 dwt will be scrapped this year.
The bulkers will be sold according to specific market conditions, it added.
They have an average age of 20.6 years and account for 2.2% of the group’s capacity.
The deals will not have a significant impact on the company, it said.
