The Andrew Feldstein-led financial firm told the US Securities & Exchange Commission that it owns nearly 12.1 million shares in the Monaco-based bulker owner.
That represents a 6.7% stake in the dry-bulk player. At today’s prices on the New York Stock Exchange, the holding would be worth $26.2m.
In September, BlueMountain said it owned 9.92 million shares. But with fewer Scorpio Bulkers shares on the market, that amounted to a 7.1%
