The Oslo-listed bulker owner said it had submitted a delisting request to the Singapore Stock Exchange which should see it leave the bourse by 20 March.
It added: “This will not affect the shares traded on the Oslo Stock Exchange.”
The company said last May it could consider delisting in Singapore due to poor investor response.
It has had a secondary listing in the Lion Republic since March 2010.
