The company said its net deficit to 31 December was MYR 21.86m ($6m), compared to a profit of MYR 14.11m in the same period of 2013.
The bulker and tanker owner logged revenue of MYR 59.56m from MYR 57.81m, but operating costs were higher at MYR 52.65m against MYR 48.46m the year before.
Finance expenses also rose and it booked losses from associated companies.
