The bulker owner posted net profit of TWD 223.52m ($7.15m), against TWD 353.43m in 2013.
Revenue was down at TWD 4.47bn from TWD 4.65bn the year before.
Operating costs were unchanged at TWD 4.11bn.
The company is listed by Clarksons as controlling 70 ships, including general cargo vessels and four bulker newbuildings on order at Onomichi Dockyard in Japan.
