The bulker owner said it made TWD 1.29bn ($41.19m) on a net basis last year, down from TWD 1.7bn in 2013.
Revenue rose to TWD 4.46bn versus TWD 4.14bn, but operating expenses were up at TWD 2.83bn, against TWD 2.52bn the year before.
Profit from discontinuing operations fell to TWD 156m from TWD 475m, however.
