A High Court judge in London has refused to block a Qingdao lawsuit by Bank of China despite between the two companies over an iron fines shipment that went awry.
Justice Paul Walker, of the Queen’s Bench division’s Commercial Court, allowed the dispute to continue in China even though he acknowledged that Bank of China’s claims are subject to London arbitration.
