China’s crude steel production shrank by a further 3% for the second consecutive month, according to latest industry data.

The world’s largest steel producer saw production decline to 66.1mt in October 2015 from the 68.2mt seen in the same month last year.

Global steel production shrank by over 3% year-on-year to 134mt, according to the World Steel Association (WSA).
