The Bahamas supreme court is selling off a Chinese bulker in a legal dispute with German lender Bremer Landesbank.
The 29,100-dwt Asian Wind (built 2011), now renamed North Wind, was auctioned in an admiralty action on 2 December, the bank's lawyers Alexiou, Knowles & Co said in a notice.
The price of $12.04m, inclusive of bunkers and lubricants, is being held by the court.
