Ma Zehua has resigned as chairman of Cosco group holding company China Cosco Holdings Co (CCHC).
The company told the Shanghai stock exchange that Ma will be replaced by director Wan Min, 47.
Ma, 62, who took on the role in July 2013, is quitting due to work reasons, it added.
Wan is also chairman of ports company Cosco Pacific and Cosco Shipping.
