Louis Dreyfus is looking to sell its joint stake in a terminal at the Brazilian port of Itaqui.
The agricultural commodity merchants company has already started the sale process and has hired HSBC Holdings to assist, Bloomberg reports.
Louis Dreyfus owns a 25% stake in the terminal through a joint venture with Amaggi Group.
The terminal was mainly used for the shipment of crops such as sobeayns.
