Noble Group has opted for co-chief executives following the resignation of incumbent CEO Yusuf Alireza, the company announced Monday.
The Singapore-listed company has named William Randall and Jeff Frase to the joint post effective immediately. Richard Elman will remain as chairman.
Randall, based in Hong Kong, is currently president of Noble Group and a board director. Frase, based in Stamford, Connecticut is currently president, Noble Americas and head of oil liquids and will be invited to join the board.
