Greek bulker owner Hellenic Carriers has said an offer by Faith Holdings for the share capital it does not already own has been successful.
The deal has now been declared unconditional after Faith won 61.6% acceptances, plus undertakings to sell from investors holding another 8.8%.
The offer is being extended until 15 July to mop up the rest of the stock.
Hellenic said in December it was delisting from the London Stock Exchange's AIM market.
