Hamburg-based bulker player H. Vogemann is offering owners an operating expense (opex) guarantee to help them manage budgets.
The system is available for dry bulk and multipurpose ships.
The company said it offers a “predefined and agreed budget and covers cost items which are under technical manager's control such as crew, maintenance, stores, lubes etc.”
The guarantee covers 12 months on a revolving basis, with the maximum amount set at $182,500 per year.
