Frank De Costanzo has been named as the new chief financial officer of Eagle Bulk Shipping with immediate effect.
He succeeds Adir Katzav who, with Eagle Bulk’s recent relocation to Stamford, decided to step down to pursue other professional opportunities.
De Costanzo is said to bring more than 30 years of banking, finance, public company and related leadership experience, with a focus on commodity and related markets.
