Arne Blystad’s Songa Bulk is likely to be listed on the full Oslo Stock Exchange within 12 months.
Herman Billung, who heads the company, says this is up to the board to decide, but that an Oslo listing would "be quite natural".
The prospectus for the issue, from which the company is seeking up to $100m for investment in bulkers, states that it plans to "initiate process to list on a reputable stock exchange within 12 months".
