Greenship Bulk Trust has failed in its attempt to gain shareholder approval to sell off parts of its fleet as part of a restructuring exercise.
It was looking to secure permission to potentially dispose of up to 14 vessels at an average minimum price of $13.5m per vessel.
However, the company failed to reach the necessary 75% vote threshold to approve the motion at a recently held an extraordinary general meeting (EGM).
