Scorpio Bulkers' insiders filed a shelf registration to sell up to 13.1 million shares of the company from time to time, according to a regulatory filing.
Scorpio Services Holding (SSH), which is the largest shareholder in Scorpio Bulkers with a 17.5% stake, is controlled by the Lolli-Ghetti family and company executives, including chief executive officer Emanuele Lauro and president Robert Bugbee.
