Two companies controlled by restructuring Swiber Holdings have been placed into liquidation.
The Singapore-listed company said Southsea Marine and Swiber Atlantis will go under the control of two liquidators from Deloitte & Touche.
According to VesselsValue, Southsea Marine owns the 4,000-bhp anchor handler Swiber Explorer (built 2008).
