Stolt-Nielsen is eyeing up growth in the chemical market as it looks to complete the separation of its tanker business amid continued expectations of a separate listing for the fleet.
It comes as the Norwegian owner digests a 2016 takeover of Jo Tankers and as it expressed a view that the tanker market will not turn for the better until 2019.
