Shanghai Port Group plans to sell bonds worth $1bn shortly after emerging as a minority shareholder in Orient Overseas International (OOIL).
The Chinese port operator is offering $500m in zero coupon exchangeable bonds due in 2022 and $500m due in 2021, according to Bloomberg.
