Clarksons head of broking and investment banking Peter Anker has sold stock worth £2.9m ($3.84m).
The London-listed shipbroker said on Wednesday that Anker offloaded 107,477 shares at £27 each.
He and his wife still hold 250,000 shares worth £6.75m through their Langebru company.
This equals a 0.83% stake.
Anker also has 7,859 restricted shares and 42,264 options.
The move follows the company's top two executives selling shares in June.
