Scorpio Tankers' largest investor, Wellington Management Group, reported dropping its stake in the products tanker owner.
Wellington, which has $1trn in client assets under management, reported a 5.56% stake in the company with 17.3 million shares.
Scorpio's last listed Wellington with some 19.2 million shares of the company, representing a 6.8% ownership stake.
The percentage stake fell from a high of 11% reported earlier this year as Scorpio issued another 30 million shares as part of an equity raise last month.
