The long-serving CEO of German asset manager Lloyd Fonds is to leave after a disagreement on the future direction of the company.
The supervisory board said it is starting negotiations with Teichert over the "premature termination" of his activities on the management board.
"This is due to differences of opinion on operating and strategic matters among other things," it added.
