Morgan Stanley reported it held a 5% equity stake in Diana Containerships, according to a securities filing.
The investment bank and asset manager says the 22,270 shares are held as a passive stake.
The majority of the Diana Containerships is held by Simeon Palios and his bulker arm Diana Shipping. In total, Diana Containerships insiders own over 35% of the company.
