Norwegian tanker owner and investor Fredrik Mohn appears to have sold his entire holding in BW Offshore (BWO).
The FPSO company said a deal to sell 8.3m shares at NOK 35 each was completed on Monday.
This represents a stake of 4.5% worth NOK 290.5m ($36m).
Mohn's Perestroika company was the second biggest investor in BWO on 4.52%, after the BW Group with 49.92%.
