Credit Suisse has cut $2.6bn from its risk-weighted assets (RWA) in the fourth quarter.

The bank said RWA in its strategic resolution unit (SRU) dropped by 43% compared to the third quarter, while leverage exposure was lower by 41% or $6.2bn.

Provisions for loan losses were cut to CHF 43m ($46m) from CHF 75m.

The annual figure fell to CHF 210m from CHF 252m in 2016.
