Vroon managing director Coco Vroon has resigned following the successful financial restructuring of the company.
The Dutch shipowner said earlier this week that the decision was taken "after long deliberation".
It added that, as a shareholder, Vroon's new phase "affords him the opportunity to devote more time to the long-term development of the company"
Vroon will leave his role at the end of April.
