Trade imbalances and rising fuel costs took a bite out of Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics’ bottom line in the second quarter.

Its results received mixed reviews from analysts as its operating figures lined up just below expectations but its bottom line fell some way short of consensus.

Shares in the Oslo-listed company were on the slide this morning following the numbers, dropping by almost 5% in early trading.
