New York-based private equity firm Mangrove Partners has sold all of a roughly $9m stake in dry bulk owner Genco Shipping & Trading, according to US securities filings.
Mangrove held 678,412 shares in Genco at the end of the first quarter — about a 2% stake in the company, filings indicate.
But the investor no longer reported a Genco holding in its updated filing for the close of the second quarter.
