Exim will work with Citibank of the US to lead a syndicate providing a totalof $667m to John Fredriksen-controlled drilling company Seadrill, with Eximlending $467m of this.
Seadrill has four rigs on order at Cosco Nantong.
Belgium’s Exmar will borrow $230m from Exim Bank and the World Bank to finance its new gas storage unit (FLRSU) at Shanghai-based Wison Offshore &Marine.
