"The chamber considers that thesix defendants jointly committed a breach oftrust,"said a court spokeswoman.
Nonnenmacher and former executive Jochen Friedrich are alsoaccused of accounting fraud.
The charges relate to thebank’s first quarter report in 2008, in which it posted a surplus of EUR 81m ($106.15m),but had allegedly made a EUR 31m loss.
