The new company will have a fleet of 82,000-dwt bulkernewbuildings from China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding Co.
The orders for the first two ships costing some $28meach, was reported in TradeWinds earlier this month.
Arctic Securities and DNB Markets are the book runnersfor the private placement.
The shares will initially registered on the Norwegianover the counter (OTC) list but with the aim is to seek a full scale listing onthe Oslo Stock Exchange next year.
