The Singapore-listed company, which specialises in building offshoresupport vessels and self-elevating jack-up rigs (SEUs) saw net profit fall by athird to $10.3m for the three months to 31 August.

Revenue dropped by 7% to $76.7m mainly due to lower revenue recognisedfor the construction of a subsea construction vessel.

The Lewek Constellation, which Triyards is building for LionelLee-led parent Ezra, is complete and is in the early stages of sea trials.
