It recorded a gain of JPY271m ($2.76m) in the the six months to the end of September, beating the JPY 246m of ayear earlier.
Further progress is expectedin the second half, with the company forecasting a gain of JPY 389m in the financialyear to the end of March.
Operating profit is projectedto hit JPY 735m for the full fiscal year.
