BWGas JuJu LNG Ltd, a joint venture between BW Group and Marubeni Corp, securedthe loan against eight LNG vessels it operates.
Thefacility was fully drawn down and the proceeds were used to repay theshareholder loan between BW Gas Juju and BW Group.
BWGroup, in turn, used the proceeds from the repayment of the shareholder loan torepay part of its secured revolving credit facility.
