The Dubai-based seismic shipowner revealed yesterday that a mystery buyerwas targeting 50 million shares or around a 10% stake in the company.
At the offer price of NOK 4.50 per share the stake wouldhave cost NOK 225m ($36.7m).
A deal was expected to be announced this morning but insteadPolarcus informed the Oslo Bors that the buyer withdrew the request due to “lowacceptance”.
