The shipyard said its net deficit to 31 December was JPY999m ($9.77m), from JPY 1.24bn in the year-ago period.
Revenue dropped to JPY 22.94bn, against JPY 28.04bn in2012, while operating losses were reduced to JPY 440m, compared to JPY 1.56bn.
Things look set to get worse, however, with theshipbuilder forecasting an annual deficit of JPY 3.6bn, against an actual lossof JPY 533m in the previous year.
