The Dutch heavylift specialist paid an undisclosed sum to fill a gap in its portfolio through the acquisition of the compatriot company.
Boskalis says the addition of Fairmount’s fleet of five anchor handling tugs (AHT) will allow it to expand into wet towage and complement its own dry towage business.
