The company told the Borsa Italiana that family-controlled d'Amico International sold out to Italian and overseas institutional investors.

A total of 42,195,531 shares changed hands.

The price was EUR 0.695 each, DIS said.

The stock was trading up 0.69% at EUR 0.729 on Friday in Milan.

d'Amico International had 72.5% of the company before the sale.

The deal was run by Banca IMI anmd Equita SIM.
