Chief executive Emanuele Lauro, president Robert Bugbee and chief operating officer Cameron Mackey finished a ground-breaking year for the company with nearly 8.94 million shares between them, its annual report said.
Lauro has the largest of the holdings with 3,435,101 shares giving him a 1.71% slice of the company worth $34.247m at the close of trading last night.
Bugbee holds 3,342,914 shares, a 1.66%
