Russian operator St Peter Line agreed to buy the SPL PrincessAnastasia (ex: Pride of Bilbao, built 1986) in 2010 under an initial bareboatcharter deal which came with an option to buy.
The agreed price of EUR 37.7m was due to be paid in instalmentsuntil September 2016.
But London-listed ICG says it has received a final paymentof EUR 17m and title of the ship has now officially passed to St PeterLine.
